You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your Case Number, within a few minutes. If you need to send us any attachments (e.g. a screen shot, etc.), you can reply to that confirmation e-mail.
We respond to support tickets between 9:00AM and 5:00PM Eastern Time but feel free to log a ticket anytime and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Check for updates first please
Before logging a support ticket, please select the menu Help > Check For Updates in SpendMap, to make sure that you have the latest patch for your current version of SpendMap.
